move-out assessments and rental turnovers. Our mission is simple: deliver high-quality,
move-in-ready rental units quickly and professionally.
Our success depends on three specialized teams working together:
- Maintenance Team - Handles repairs and functionality
- Paint & Drywall Team - Restores walls, ceilings, trim, and finishes
- Cleaning Team - Creates the spotless finishing touch that makes a unit shine
Every team plays a critical role in delivering a home that residents are excited to move into.
We're looking for a Cleaning Professional who understands that the final impression matters. Your
work is the last step before a new resident walks through the door, and your attention to detail helps
turn rental units into homes.
What You'll Do
• Perform detailed rental unit turnover cleaning
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, floors, windows, and fixtures
• Remove dust, debris, and construction residue left after maintenance and painting work
• Identify and correct overlooked details before final inspections
• Work efficiently to meet turnover deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Paint teams to keep projects moving smoothly
What We're Looking For
• Cleaning experience preferred (residential, rental unit, hotel, or commercial)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Dependable, mature, and accountable work ethic
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
